I'm hungry...

I think i need to eat me some breakfast. pronto. haha. I'm watching Ms. Frizzle with Korin, I love these shows...the boys and I watched them all the time back in the day :)

Well Isaac had his grad party and it was pretty smashing. It was actually alot of fun having our family here, I wish we saw them more!

I also got to hang with my friend holly, which I haven't done in awhile, so that was good! :)

I'm working on thinking of ways to spread the word about my shirts...my friends just keep saying, remember, even if you get told no...it's not personal. haha. riiight. no, i know it's not, i just have troubles believing it, you know?

My Girl Merideth

So I've been hangin out with my friend Merideth lately and it's pretty great. She knows how to make me be social without pushing me too far past my comfort zone. I've been getting to know the group she hangs out with, they're all nice and SO funny. it's good to have a "group" of people again. I've missed that. I loooove laughing.

Merideth is all into photography too so we can talk cameras, editing, lenses, all that good stuff. PLUS we randomly decided, after seeing cornerstone's line up, we're going!!!! sooo many good bands -- seriously, go look. i think i counted 15 bands i would like seeing :) whoot! plus, we'll be driving home on my birthday so we're stopping in chicago. happy birthday to MEEEEEEEE!! haha.

oh, i'm going on weight watchers...that makes me feel fat, but i dunno, my parents are doing it, so i'd have support...and i really think it will help with my energy level and my self confidence. i want to feel good in my clothes again ya know?

It's goin so fast

I'm kinda mad at april right now....where the heck did it go?? Sheesh. Well some major, awesome things have happened. And some not so great things too. but lets start with awesome huh? first off Children 18:3 is wearing Depth of Hope Clothing!! :) I'm WAY excited about this. i'm hoping it really helps the business grow!

The Day before I gave them the shirts, I was healed of my depression and since then I've been enjoying being a normal person :) It doesn't mean life is easy peasy, but I can handle it now. God is good. I'm working on writing a book about living with depression and being free now and everything. I think God is going to use me to witness to other girls with depression. i'm looking forward to whatever he has in mind!

Last week my grandpa passed away :( and we went out to montana for his funeral. It was hard to say good bye but I enjoyed hanging out with my family.

I think that's about it. Sorry it's so short...but you know, I know ashlie's the only one who reads this, and she knows all of this anyway ;) haha

Because We Can

Yesterday was cleaning day and Isaac was in charge of cleaning out the garage/shop. Somehow this led to a couch sitting in the back of his truck, ha! When I came out to shake the rugs, I found him and Korin out there reading kid books together. too cute, right? So i went and got my camera. Gotta get those kodak moments ;)

And yes I'm still in my pj's. ^_^ the night before ashley and i were at perkins until 3...and then i wasn't tired so i read until 5! I didn't get up until 12:30 and i didn't shower and get ready until 5ish(church was @ 7)

I'm goin to a MOVIE!!

I haven't been to a movie in a looong time, so I'm kinda stoked. What was the last movie?...I think it was Bride Wars, back in January. Sad day. BUT we have netflix...and I rent movies. Like sometimes I'm just like I NEED TO WATCH THIS MOVIE. and I go get it. I went through a phase like that with Man of the House and Broken Trail...both AWESOME movies, but completley different. ANYWAYS. I'm going to Taken with Steph. I've heard it's pretty intense so we shall see! !

I didn't have classes yesterday :) Just a meeting with an advisor...who actually, it turned out wasn't my advisor, some other person was supposed to be, but it didn't really matter. Which worked for me, because I'm actually behind in my flex time classes, so this way I didn't have to get chewed out for my bad grades. ^_^

K...so that's about it. I've got nothin goin on lately. Oh wait! I started a bible study last night...Jada's parents are in charge of it, and I really like it so far :) I'm starting to realize just how important christian fellowship truly is. Oh, and I'm listening to TOBYMAC!! (portable sounds) He is sooo the man.

I needed a change, I just did. For all these years i've been afraid to change my hair permanently. But i just got to the point where I thought, screw it...life is short...hair is hair...and red is hot ;)

p.s. thank the Lord (seriously) - I got a new power cord!! The computer guy said i was extremely lucky they had the exact one i needed at the shop! Now i can edit all the pics I take while at CU. holla!

Depth of Hope

Hey my girly girl girls ^_^

As I'm sure you all know, I named my clothing line Depth of Hope, because it's my desire to remind people that the hope we have in God is unfathomable...no matter how deep our despair, we can always find refuge in Him.

Lately God has really been pulling at my heart, showing me that there are so many ways he can use me. For once in my life, I'm at peace. I've put my full trust in Jesus. It's not easy but it feels right. I'm really nervous but excited at the same time!

Btw, my power chord is driving me insane, most of the time it won't register as plugged in, so my computer won't charge. I'm ready to kill it........ haha. k love you guys. see you soon!!
